How Pricing Works

1. Book Patient Appointments: Your pharmacy books patients for telehealth consultations with doctors at Medmate.
2. Charge Your Patients: You set the fee for the booking, depending on the type of consultation:
   • Script Request:
     For patients needing a prescription renewal for ongoing, stable conditions.
   • Consult:
     For patients with acute issues requiring a doctor’s evaluation and potential prescription. See examples here.
3. Medmate Invoices Your Pharmacy: Medmate charges your pharmacy monthly based on the number and type of consultations completed.

There are no ongoing subscription fees, setup costs, support fees, or training charges.

Risk-Free First Appointment

To help you experience the benefits of DocLink firsthand, your pharmacy’s first appointment—whether it’s a Script Request or a Consult—is free of charge. This means you can trial the system with a real patient (or even a staff member, if someone on your team needs a script) without taking on any financial responsibility.

Your Professional Service Fee

The difference between what you charge your patients (Step 2) and what Medmate invoices your pharmacy (Step 3) is your professional services fee you get to keep. While we provide recommended retail prices, you have full flexibility to set fees based on factors such as after-hours services, weekends, or local competition.
