† Minimum Merchant Service Fee: Users must meet a minimum of $30 in transaction fees each month. This equates to processing $1,875 in transactions at a 1.6% fee per transaction. If the total transaction fees fall short, the difference will be charged to meet the $30 minimum. For example, if $25 in fees is accrued, a $5 adjustment will be applied.
* All HaloPay subscription payments are processed via direct debit (e.g., credit card, saved bank account details) through Stripe, a highly secure and trusted payment provider. We do not support payment-on-invoice or direct bank transfers.
** All HaloPay transaction payments are processed by our payments provider Till Payments. This is either at the point of settlement each day (which is the case with the 1.6% fee per transaction), or monthly (which is the case with the $0.30c fee per transaction and the minimum Merchant Service Fee).
