During this 45-minute session, we’ll guide you over the phone through the entire process of installation, account creation, and optimisation of your pharmacy’s settings before getting you trained up on all things Webbit.
Prior to the session, please make sure you download our Remote Support software on the computer you’d like to use for the session. When deciding on the best computer to use, it should ideally be a computer on which you won’t be frequently distracted so as to minimise disruptions during the session.

Once you’ve decided on a computer that’s suitable for the session, simply head to www.pharmacyhalo.com.au/downloads/ on that computer and click the Pharmacy Halo Remote Support button on the page.
Running the support software will display a 9-digit code that can be used by your trainer to remotely access your computer. Please have this 9-digit code ready to be provided to your trainer when they call to ensure the session can get started without delay.
Important note for Fred Plus pharmacies
If you are not an existing user of Quda and have dispense integration setup already, please ensure you submit a Sensitive Data Access Request (and for Question 3 choose “Quda by Pharmacy Halo”) at least one week before your scheduled Walkthrough session. It only takes a few minutes, and is essential for us to be able to get you setup with Webbit.
